Wade is a lifetime athlete and fitness fanatic of 20 years.  After graduating from college and putting his football career behind him, Kirk’s passion for fitness began in 2005 when he started “FLEX Personal Training.” Quickly becoming one of the most sought after personal trainers because of his “no excuses” style, Kirk fell in love with everything fitness had to offer. Excelling in natural bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness modeling and nutrition/supplement ideation, it only seemed fitting for Kirk to open his own supplement & nutrition store in order to share his passion & knowledge with the world.

While building a new business in 2009, Kirk struggled to achieve the success he so desired.  After almost closing the doors several times, his hard work and perseverance finally paid off.  Not only successfully building the store brand name to become highly recognized throughout the fitness and nutrition community, Kirk worked to expand to 11 stores, across multiple states, by 2017.

After eight years of dedicating his energy to retail stores, Kirk felt a pull to new, exciting opportunities and made the decision to step away in 2017 to pursue even bigger goals, build bigger brands, and to start focusing on his creative talents as a content innovator.

Kirk’s passion for helping individuals through fitness, nutrition and overall self-development, has led him to start his own podcast “Wade’s World.”  As this endeavor continues to be a work in progress, Kirk has been able to dial in focus to one of his newest ventures: building brands through creative content innovation. Kirk has always had a special interest in art, and being able to use creativity daily is giving him a new inspiration for all aspects of his life. Kirk goes above and beyond the norm to evolve his mindset based on a client’s vision to speak through pictures and short films to portray a brands’ image.

Having his hands in six brands and counting, a podcast, and world of brand marketing, Kirk continues to make waves in the fitness & nutrition industry.
